What to expect

We start with gentle breathing practices and flowing movements to prepare the body and mind. The class flows nicely into therapeutic combinations of postures that are taught at your own specific level (Surynamaskara/Vinyasas).

You always have the option to watch or rest at any time.

We refine our understanding of the standing and seated postures to improve muscle tone and length. We then enjoy the forward bends, twists and inversions to deeply open the body and release tension.

As your body softens and your mind clears we softly flow into a nourishing relaxation position at the end to truly soothe the nervous system.
